Shades of cool

You probably already saw it on your social media, but Weekday opened their first store in Belgium, located in Antwerp. WOEHOE PARTY, I know.

Weekday is a modern and mindful fashion and denim brand offering current, international fashion influenced by Scandinavian style. They carry in-house brands as well as a selected offering of external designers. They keep both the future of fashion and the future of society in mind. Weekday has stores in 6 countries and ships to 18 markets. (link)

I had the opportunity to be present at the opening and this is where I scored these gorgeous pants. I’ve been a fan of these wide leg trousers since a while. In the beginning I thought it would be hard to combine such trousers, but after some mixing&matching and playing with colors and textures I finally found some styles to combine it with. So here I combined these wide leg pants with a a sweater in a color from another blue shade. I love to work with shade, I personally think it gives your outfit a ‘complete’ look.

If you want to wear these pants in a more casual way, you can combine it with a dark blue top and a denim jacket. For a classier look wear them with a leather jacket and a pair of heels.

This light blue turtleneck was a piece I purchased during the sales at COS this summer. Light blue is truly my favorite color and I think it’s very hard to find beautiful pieces in this color, so every time I see something I just go for it.

And ow these shoes, yeah these shoes, I mean look at them. They are gorgeous and so comfy. I got them from JD sports to celebrate their new store opening in Brussels. Read :

Make sure to pay a visit to the first Weekday store in Belgium, located in Antwerpen. It is a very pretty shop with a modern and minimalistic design and of course filled with beautiful clothes.
